Betty K. Anderson, 70, of Punxsutawney, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, while a patient at Punxsutawney Hospital. Betty was born on March 7, 1955, to the late Lester Miles and Marietta (Cogley) Gearhart in Kittanning, PA. She married the love of her life, Daniel Anderson, on January 30, 1970; Daniel survives her. Betty loved to go to yard sales and Goodwill. She was very well known and never met a stranger she couldn’t talk to. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her. In addition to her husband, Betty is survived by two grandchildren: Libby Anderson and Ashton Anderson; and two brothers: Kenneth (Jackie) Gearhart and James (Connie) Gearhart. In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in passing by one son: Bradley Anderson. Following her wishes, there will be no services held.
