Albert Earle Moore, 96, of Reynoldsville, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026, with his family by his side. Born on January 10, 1930, in Hormtown, he was the son of Manford E. Moore and Myrtle (Groves) Moore. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Marjorie (Moore) Goss, and an infant daughter.

Albert proudly served his country in the United States Army, a Veteran of the Korean War. After returning home, he married the love of his life, Patty (Wisor) Moore. She survives him, along with their two children: Earle Moore and his wife Linda, and Linda (Moore) Scull and her husband Larry.

Albert is also survived by his grandchildren—Alan Moore and his wife Jill (Matusky) Moore, Jason Moore and his wife Heymi (Tejada-Vivas) Moore, and Kelly (Moore) Price and her husband Joseph Price—and his great-grandchildren: Alex Moore, Andrew Moore, Alyssa Moore, Porter Price, Ellary Price, and Jaymi Moore.

Albert spent his entire life on the family farm, a place that became a cherished gathering spot for his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Whether they were hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying the outdoors, the farm was a backdrop for countless memories. Every visit included a new story from Albert about the history of the homestead, a legacy he loved to share.

During their 76 years of marriage, Albert and Patty traveled extensively creating lifelong memories together. Their adventures included hunting trips in Montana, fishing excursions in Florida, and cross-country train rides that they fondly recalled.

Albert was a dedicated member of the Reynoldsville community. In his younger years, he played baseball in the Hormtown Federation League. He was a member of the John M. Reed Masonic Lodge, the Coudersport Consistory 33rd Degree, and the Reynoldsville Elks. He also previously served as Chairman of the Board of The First National Bank in Reynoldsville.

Known for his strong work ethic, Albert spent six decades in the propane and welding supply industry. He was president and owner of Goss Bros. Welding Supply in Falls Creek, Centre Welding of State College, and Mifflin Welding of Lewistown.  He was the honorary Chairman of the Board for Moore Propane in Falls Creek.

To all who knew him, Albert will forever be remembered for his gentle nature, generous heart, and devotion to his family.
