Lawrence Township, PA – A woman was found passed out inside a vehicle with her small child with her near Clearfield, and now she faces child endangerment charges.
Lawrence Township Police say 33-year-old Julie Peters from Woodland had passed out in her vehicle in the parking lot of Save-A-Lot near Clearfield on Sunday afternoon.
She was allegedly under the influence.
Peters also had a small child in the vehicle with her. The windows were up and the vehicle wasn’t running, which increased the heat inside during the extended amount of time they were parked.
The child was released to a third party.
Peters has been charged with child endangerment.
