Pike Township, PA – A Clearfield County woman was seriously injured after striking trees.
54-year-old Wendy Sabol from Morrisdale had been driving along the Curwensville-Tyrone Highway in Pike Township on Monday evening.
State Police say she was driving at an unsafe speed when she lost control on a curve, left the roadway, and struck multiple trees before overturning her Chevy Equinox.
She had not been wearing her seat belt. Sabol was taken to UPMC Altoona with serious injuries.
The investigation into that crash is ongoing.
