Woman Charged After Allegedly Stealing from Ex Boyfriend

REYNOLDSVILLE – A Reynoldsville woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly lying to police and not returning an ex’s belongings.

On March 24th a man contacted police stating that money was missing from his account after, 29 year-old Shannon Simmons, had kicked him out. He also claimed that she refused to return items belonging to him.

Simmons allegedly did not return the items even after she told police she would return everything.

Since then all missing items were recovered and returned to the victim. Simmons now faces multiple charges and has to pay $200 dollars in restitution.
