WEST MAHONING TOWNSHIP – A Smicksburg woman has been arrested after allegedly attempting to flee from police on an active warrant.
Police responded to a Creek Road residence in West Mahoning Township to question 47 year-old Amy Logan and to serve an active warrant.
Police say that Logan allegedly jumped out of a window and attempted to run from officers into the woods.
She was caught by police and taken into custody. She has since been charged with flight to Avoid Apprehension.
