Woman accused of firing gun during argument in Clearfield County

Osceola Mills, PA – A Clearfield County woman is accused of assault after firing a gun near two other people during an argument.

51-year-old Ida Reams from Osceola Mills had called police herself during the incident on March 14. She said that two people claimed she was harassing them, and she claimed she was not.

Reams allegedly yelled at the two individuals, saying that she was done and that she was going to kill them.

Then two gunshots were heard during the phone call with police.

Multiple State Police Troopers from Clearfield Barracks responded to the scene.

After an investigation, they found that Reams had been driving under the influence of alcohol and had shot a revolver pistol.

No one was injured.

The other two people involved are listed as a 33-year-old Osceola Mills man and a 30-year-old Port Matilda man.

Reams was lodged in the Clearfield County Jail on charges of assault with a weapon.
