Windshield broken after someone throws object out car window

Highland Township, PA – A windshield was broken in Clarion County was a driver threw something out of their window, striking another car.

A 20-year-old New Bethlehem man says he was driving his 2008 Chevy Cobalt west on Route 861 in Porter Township around 5:20 p.m. on Aug. 8.

That’s when someone in a tan and black Volkswagen driving in the opposite direction threw something, which struck his windshield and cracked it.

The victim says it cost $308 to fix the windshield.
