Osceola Mills, PA – A window at a library in Clearfield County was broken.
State Police in Clearfield say that one of the windows at the Osceola Mills Community Library on Lingle Street was broken sometime between June 15 and 22.
The damage is estimated at $500.
It’s being investigated as an act of criminal mischief.
