
PITTSBURGH – The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy has acquired 140 acres along the Clarion River in Jefferson County, expanding the Dutch Hill Forest area.
This means more public land will be available for hiking, fishing, birding and hunting.
The Dutch Hill Forest area now includes 630 acres spanning Elk, Forest, Jefferson, and Clarion counties.
The Conservancy has now protected nearly 13,000 acres along the Clarion River.
