CLEARFIELD – A Sheffield Man is behind bars after allegedly leading police on a vehicle pursuit while attempting to make a warrant arrest.
On Monday, police noticed a vehicle driven by 23 year-old Jacob Disshon, who was wanted on a warrant, in the area of South 2nd Street and Spruce Street.
When officers attempted to pull the vehicle over, they allegedly sped off, almost crashing into other drivers while leading police on a pursuit through Clearfield, ultimately coming to a stop on Kennedy Road in Lawrence Township.
Disshon and an unnamed female occupant were both taken into custody on active warrants. Disshon is also facing felony Fleeing and Eluding, DUI, and Reckless Endangerment charges.
