PHILIPSBURG – Roads have now reopened in Philipsburg after a multi-hour standoff with police.
Police say on Wednesday they attempted to serve a warrant for alleged child sexual abuse at a North Second Street Apartment.
The currently unnamed man allegedly then refused to leave the building barricading himself inside with firearms.
At this time, it is unknown what became of the unnamed man.
