DUBOIS – The DuBois Kiwanis Club is inviting you to learn more about their mission of supporting local children and families.
The club makes a difference through scholarships, youth programs, and financial support for local organizations.
“The Kiwanis Club’s byline is Young Children Priority One,” explained Tom Ruberts of the DuBois Kiwanis Club. “And that comes from Kiwanis International. Kiwanis in DuBois was founded back in 1921 shortly after the founding of Kiwanis International.”
The DuBois Kiwanis Club has a long history of community involvement, including supporting local youth sports, the DuBois Public Library, and safety programs.
They meet every Wednesday at noon at Charlie’s Pub, off of Main Street in DuBois, and invite you to learn more on how you can get involved.
