DUBOIS – A group dedicated to feeding local veterans will be in DuBois today.
Second Harvest Food Bank prides themselves on supporting Pennsylvania military members and their families in need of food.
The group provides those in need with a plethora of dried goods, frozen food, fresh produce, and dairy products every other month in DuBois.
In September, the group fed 42 veterans in need, almost doubling in numbers compared to their last venture. We have also learned that this month’s giveaway has over 50 veterans signed up.
The program will take place at the DuBois Alliance Church parking lot at noon Wednesday November 13th.
