Jay Township, PA – A vacant house was broken into in Elk County.
State Police in Ridgway say that even though the report was filed on Sunday, the victim believes her property was broken into on Nov. 18.
The 56-year-old Penfield woman says an unknown person went into the empty home on Bennetts Valley Highway in Weedville, stole multiple items, and caused damage to the residence.
The investigation remains open at this time.
