Brookville, PA – Brookville Borough Police were called out to the 300-block of West Main Street in Brookville Friday for a report of an intoxicated person causing a disturbance at a local store.
When officers arrived on the scene staff told police the unidentified man had been stumbling around the store knocking things off of shelves.
Officers spoke with the man who they determined to be intoxicated and under the legal drinking age.
Charges of public intoxication, underage drinking, and drug paraphernalia have been filed.
