BROOKVILLE – Two women are facing several child abuse charges after a months long investigation revealed they allegedly mistreated, abused, and starved a minor.

According to police, they were contacted about a cyber student who returned to school for the first time since May of 2024. School officials were concerned reporting the student had looked malnourished and lost a lot of weight.

The investigation allegedly revealed that 50 year-old Amy Billotte and 37 year-old Sarah Faber had locked the minor in a room with cameras and a door alarm with no bed, clothing, or food.

When questioned the victim claimed the two allegedly made him exercise until exhaustion as a form of punishment, taped him to the floor at night, used clowns to scare him, squirt cat insulin into his eyes, and physically abused him.

When questioned, the women allegedly denied starving the child and claimed he was on a “strict diet plan”.

Billotte and Faber are now facing hundreds of child endangerment, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, and involuntary servitude charges.
