Brookville, PA – Two toddlers were found crying for their mother outside of an apartment in Brookville recently.
Brookville Borough Police say around 8:30 p.m. on April 24, two toddler children crossed Jenks Street to an apartment and began knocking and crying for their mother.
Bystanders assisted the children upstairs to the apartment.
CYS is involved in this case, and charges have been filed for endangering the welfare of children.
Police do not give the identity of the family involved.
