Lawrence Township, PA – Two inmates of the Clearfield County Jail are being charged after getting to a fight and allegedly giving another inmate a facial fracture.
31-year-old Charles Stephens and 26-year-old Edward Bell III reportedly assaulted an unnamed inmate on Aug. 9, causing an orbital fracture and other lacerations.
Charges are being filed through Lawrence Township Police.
