Saint Marys, PA – Two people from Elk County reportedly were found with fentanyl, methamphetamine, cash, and other drugs during a vehicle search. Now they face multiple felony charges.
31-year-old Crystal Park from Saint Marys and 30-year-old David Brandt IV from Kersey are charged with the manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver, along with other related drug charges.
The charges date back to July 23 when Park, Brandt, and a juvenile were seen pulling into the parking lot at Sheetz in Saint Marys.
Officers knew that Brandt had a warrant for his arrest in Elk and Warren Counties. They searched the vehicle with K9 unit Nando after having reasonable suspicion that there might be drugs in the car.
Saint Marys Police reportedly found $1,119 in cash, 3 grams of meth total, 85 stamp bags with fentanyl, 80 alprazolam pills, 1 gram of marijuana, and numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia and packaging material.
Their preliminary hearings are scheduled for Sept. 14.
