Bradford Township, PA – A Grampian woman is facing charges after two dogs were found trapped in an RV without food or water for 8 days.
42-year-old Betsy Clark from Grampian is accused of cruelty to animals for leaving the dogs locked up from June 15 to June 23 in a 1978 Mid-Atlantic Homes RV parked along Woodland Bigler Highway and Rock Lane.
The dogs were taken the the SPCA. Police do not give any details about the current condition of the dogs.
