CLEARFIELD – A Curwensville man accused of stealing approximately $18,000 from a convenience store ATM last month will face a trial in Clearfield County Court.
According to court documents, 34-year-old Shad Bloom waived his preliminary hearing rights this week.
State Police say Bloom is charged with four felonies including conspiracy burglary and theft.
Bloom is currently in the Clearfield County Jail with his bail set at $200,000.
Another Curwensville man, 29-year-old Damion McGary, faces multiple felony charges for allegedly helping Bloom with the theft.
McGary has a hearing scheduled in July.
He is currently free after posting bail.
