At Wednesday’s DuBois-Sandy Township Consolidation Board meeting, two reports were approved to move on to the Joint Committee for approval on Monday.
Both the Fire sub-committee and the Codes and Zoning sub-committee presented their reports.
Also at Wednesday’s meeting, the Police sub-committee submitted its consolidation recommendations, and two weeks have been given for review and comments.
The Police sub-committee has been tasked to form a properly structured police force to include specialized positions in the new DuBois-Sandy Township consolidated city.
