CLEARFIELD – Two area men will be facing conspiracy and drug-related charges in Clearfield County Court.
Both 32-year-old Gino Moore of Clearfield and 35-year-old Thomas Norris of Clearfield waived their rights to a preliminary hearing last week. Police say Moore is accused of illegally buying oxycodone pills last April, and using Norris’s bank card to do so.
Bail for both Moore and Norris is set at $10,000.
