CLEARFIELD – Two Clearfield County bridges are scheduled for the application of a high- friction, anti-skid surface starting on Tuesday, June 4th.
PennDOT officials say the first bridge to be treated is the PFC Robert Lee Quick Memorial Bridge on Powell Street in Hawk Run. Then, the bridge along Route 3005 spanning North Witmer Run in Irvona will receive a surface application.
According to PennDOT, you should expect to encounter flaggers where the surface treatment work takes place, and traffic will be reduced to a single lane.
