TROUTVILLE — Charges of assault, harassment, and child endangerment have been filed against a Troutville man after he allegedly harmed a minor boy.
State Police say 45-year-old Richard Rose Jr. was arrested last week and is currently in the Clearfield County Jail with bail set at $50,000. Rose is accused of causing bruises to the child, hitting him in the face, as well as threatening to “bring blood.” The boy claims that Rose assaulted him when he was questioning him about being disciplined at school.
The preliminary hearing for Rose is scheduled for Friday in DuBois.
