UNDATED – Gas prices in the Tri-County area are fluctuating.
According to Triple-A, Clearfield County went down ten cents to an average of $3.49 dollars a gallon.
Jefferson County went down five cents to $3.56 dollars.
Elk County went up two cents to $3.69 dollars a gallon.
Statewide, averages went down one cent to a total of $3.35 dollars a gallon.
