UNDATED – Average gas prices are shooting up.
According to AAA, Elk County went up the most to $3.55 dollars a gallon, up 26 cents from last week.
Jefferson County prices went up 28 cents to $3.38 dollars.
Clearfield County average gas prices are at $3.48 dollars, up 22 cents a gallon.
Statewide averages are at $3.35 dollars, up 23 cents from last week.
