UNDATED – Gas prices are still up in the Tri-County area.
According to AAA, Elk County went up six cents to an average $3.33 dollars.
Clearfield County went down one cent to $3.24 dollars a gallon.
Jefferson County is still at the lowest average, going down three cents to $3.13 dollars.
Statewide averages went up five cents to $3.13 dollars.
