UNDATED – Gas prices are creeping back up in the Tri-County area.
According to AAA, Elk County is still at the highest average at $3.27 dollars, up eight cents.
Clearfield County went up seven cents to $3.25 dollars a gallon.
Jefferson County is at the lowest average, going up five cents to $3.15 dollars.
Statewide averages sit at $3.08 dollars.
