UNDATED – Persistent and heavy rains brought many streams, creeks, and rivers out of their banks in the Tri-County area Wednesday.
At one point, PennDOT closed six water-covered roads in Clearfield County, including portions of Route 219 and 53 which experience heavy traffic.
Flood warnings and advisories have expired today.
