CLEARFIELD – A second Tri-County area man who was caught and arrested through the child protection efforts of the 814 Pred Hunters group has pleaded guilty to a charge of corruption of minors.
According to court documents, 45-year-old Christopher Link of DuBois was accused of sending sexual messages and pictures, and then trying to set up a meeting with someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl.
Link was actually communicating with an 814 Pred Hunters decoy.
Link was given a time-served sentence of five months to one year in county jail, and an order to complete sex offender counseling.
Earlier this month, 35-year-old Kyle Logan of DuBois received a similar sentence after pleading guilty on the same type of charges.
