TREASURE LAKE – A five-year, $200,000 grant has been awarded to the Treasure Lake Property Owners Association to help manage a tract of land near the gated community’s marina.
Treasure Lake’s General Manager Ed Clark said a comprehensive forest resources management plan has been developed, and it will serve as blueprint to make sound decisions to create an improved and more sustainable forest in the 196-acre tract of land.
Treasure Lake was granted to money through the state’s Conservation Stewardship Program.
