TREASURE LAKE – A check for more than $12,000 has been presented to breast cancer care services at Penn Highlands DuBois.
During their fundraising golf outing this year, the Treasure Lake Swing Fore Women’s Health ladies group put together their biggest contribution in the past 12 years.
This year’s donation of $12,500 outpaced last year’s total by more than $3,000.
More than 60 women took part in the golf outing, and organizers say they hope to have at least 80 next year.
