The Brookville Police Department conducted a traffic stop along West Main Street for a distracted driver violation on Monday.
During the stop, police determined the driver was operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system that is a requirement for this particular vehicle. The driver was also operating with a DUI related suspended license.
A criminal complaint was filed at Magistrate Bazylak’s office.
