CLEARFIELD – Slow-moving windmill “superloads” are expected to roll through Clearfield County this morning, possibly causing traffic delays.
According to PennDOT, the loads of windmill tower sections will travel the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 from Falls Creek Exit 97 to Clearfield Exit 120, then onto Routes 879, 322 and 153.
Windmill parts and supplies are being moved from the Port of Erie to a location near Tyrone.
