CLEARFIELD – Five more slow-moving windmill “superloads” will travel Clearfield County’s major roadways today and tomorrow, creating possible traffic delays.
According to PennDOT, two loads are moving through today, and there will be three loads on Thursday.
The “superloads” will travel the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 from Falls Creek Exit 97 to Clearfield Exit 120, then onto Routes 879, 322 and 153.
All five loads will be making a wrong way maneuver on the Clearfield Bypass.
Windmill parts and supplies are being moved from the Port of Erie to a location near Tyrone.
