CLEARFIELD – Four Clearfield County residents are facing charges of felony theft for their part in a scheme to steal money from a recycling business.
According to Clearfield County Court documents, 42-year-old Jessica Dunworth of Clearfield, 45-year-old Richard Gearhart of Olanta, 39-year-old Damian Goho of Clearfield, and 20-year-old Jerry Goho of Clearfield are accused of taking a total of more than $2,170 from Novey’s Recycling in Clearfield.
Dunworth was employed by Novey’s, and she allegedly forged pay slips for scrap metal being brought to the facility by Gearhart and the Gohos.
A preliminary hearing for all four was held last week, but Gearhart did not show up. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
