DUBOIS – A pair of DuBois residents will be tried in Clearfield County Court on felony trespass, conspiracy, and theft charges, while another DuBois man will soon face a preliminary hearing on similar charges.
According to court documents, both 32-year-old Erica Curran and 28-year-old Stephen Ladd waived their preliminary hearings last week.
Curran and Ladd are accused of taking many items including alcohol, guns, autographed memorabilia, and televisions from an East Scribner house that was in the process of being sold last month.
Curran is free on bail, while Ladd remains in the Clearfield County Jail with his bail set at $50,000.
Charges of criminal trespass and theft have also been filed against 41-year old Robert Runyon of DuBois for his involvement in the alleged thefts.
Runyon’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 3rd.
