CLEARFIELD – Three of Clearfield County’s government boards have reorganized for the new year.
At a Tuesday meeting the board of commissioners re-appointed John Sobel as board chair, and the newest commissioner Mary Tatum as vice chair.
Sobel was also re-appointed as chair of the Salary Board, while Tatum was chosen as vice chair and Controller Rob Edwards as secretary.
The county’s Retirement Board reorganized with Commissioner Dave Glass appointed as chair, Tatum as vice chair, Edwards as secretary, and Carol Fox as board treasurer.
The Salary Board conducted one item of business at the meeting by setting the raises for non-union, full-time salaried staff at $3,100 per year and the non-union part-time salaried attorneys at $1,550 per year.
