Sykesville – A Jefferson County man is facing charges of assault and physical harassment against two women.
State Police say the charges stem from a domestic dispute in which 46-year-old Brandon Schillings of Sykesville is accused of placing one victim in a chokehold against a door, and then injuring another woman’s arm when she tried to intervene.
Schillings will have a preliminary hearing in magisterial court on June 28th.
