DUBOIS – The defense team for former DuBois City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio and former city employee Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer has been extended another 30 days.
They face potential prison time and fines for allegedly stealing around $1.5 million dollars between 2008 and 2022.
On October 9th, they pleaded not guilty, requesting a jury trial.
Since then the defense team has been granted two separate 30 day extensions.
