DUBOIS – The federal case against former DuBois City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio and former city employee Roberta “Bobbie” Shaffer has been postponed until late November.

They face hefty prison time and fines for allegedly stealing around $1.5 million dollars between 2008 and 2022.

On October 9th, they pleaded not guilty, requesting a jury trial.

Now, the next steps have been delayed until November 20th due to the defense team’s extension plea for time to file pretrial motions.
