DUBOIS – The defense for John “Herm” Suplizio and Roberta “Bobby” Shaffer are still seeking a detailed list of alleged illegal transactions.
In response to the government’s 26 page document opposing a Bill of Particulars, the defense claims that they need clarification on specific transactions to separate which ones were allegedly illegal from the “indisputable” city used funds.
They also claim the government’s opposition reveals overlap in the money laundering charges.
In the end, they ask the courts to give the government 30 days to serve and file a Bill of Particulars.
