SUMMERVILLE – More details have been revealed about the shooting death of a Summerville man Sunday.

Felony charges of homicide, burglary, and aggravated assault have been filed against 46-year-old Jeremy Dailey, also of Summerville.

State Police say Dailey broke into the home of 74-year-old Thomas Kemmer in Limestone Township, Clarion County, and grabbed a gun from Kemmer during a physical altercation.

Police say Dailey then shot Kemmer multiple times.

Kemmer was pronounced dead at the scene.

State Police arrested Dailey outside of the Sandy Flat Road house, and he is now being held without bail in the Clarion County Jail.

A preliminary hearing for Dailey has been scheduled for next Tuesday.
