PUNXSUTAWNEY — A hearing on the dismissal of a Punxsutawney Area High School co-principal is a couple of weeks away, but the statement of charges against him has grown.
Paul Hetrick is facing new allegations that he sexually harassed a co-worker multiple times during the fall of 2022.
The school board had already initiated the dismissal process after Hetrick had been arrested three times in four months for violating the terms of a PFA order and DUI.
The Punxsutawney Area School District board held a special meeting this week to amend the statement of charges against Hetrick.
The Pennsylvania Public School Code provides Hetrick the right to request a hearing in front of the school board as the dismissal process continues.
