WARSAW TWP. – The dump truck that was reportedly stolen from a local municipal building last week has been located.
According to State Police, 40-year-old Dennis Dinger of DuBois stole the 2011 Dodge dump truck from the Warsaw Township Municipal building early Thursday morning.
During the investigation, State Police say they discovered Dinger returned the dump truck to the municipal building on Friday morning.
Burglary, theft and criminal trespass charges have been filed against Dinger.
