BROOKVILLE – A State College man is behind bars after allegedly traveling to Brookville to meet who he thought was a teenage girl for sex.
According to police, 45 year-old Ryan Starck was allegedly in contact with the group 814 Pred Hunters disguised as a 15 year-old girl. Messages allegedly showed Starck was engaged in sexual conversations with the decoy and planned to meet her on September 8th at a gas station in Brookville.
Once he arrived, he was met by police and taken into custody. He was then transported to the Jefferson County Jail where he faces felony sexual assault, indecent assault, and corruption of minors charges.
