St. Marys man faces charges after altercation

Elk County, PA –

A St. Marys man is facing charges following an alleged altercation Wednesday afternoon in Fox Township, Elk County.

State police say 45-year-old Edward Sternberg was arrested stemming from the incident, which was apparently brought on by a bit of road rage.

The incident allegedly happened on old Kersey Road.
