ST MARYS – A St Marys man has been jailed after allegedly inappropriately touching a 13 year-old girl.
In late March of 2025 police began an investigation into 69 year-old David Bobenrieth after receiving reports that he allegedly touched the 13 year-old inappropriately.
The victim stated that Bobenrieth had allegedly been assaulting her since she could remember.
When questioned, Bobenrieth denied the allegations.
Now, he has been charged with indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and corruption of minors charges.
